Tsune was a part of the Kotori Faction and a friend of Ishida Kotori, Suzumoto Kouzou and Azuma Ryou since middle school.
He used to challenge Ishida Kotori countless of times and would lose each challenge.
He is a hot-blooded guy and currently a part of a rock band consisting of him, Hideto Bandou and Hiromi Kirishima.
Tsune and Kouzou was later introduced to Kiba by Ueda Hidetora and the three of them become blood brothers [1].
