Muneharu began with a close-knit group of friends, forming a gang that reveled in confrontations with rival factions, until they encountered the T.F.O.A.. Hailing from the industrial enclave of Onitsuka in Anjou, Muneharu maintained a strict regional allegiance, limiting EMOD's membership to those from his home turf.

A significant turning point for Muneharu came when he and Murata forged a blood brotherhood, leading to a strategic alliance between EMOD and the Front. This collaboration was forged in anticipation of the looming threat posed by the Manji Empire.
During the decisive conflict in Machida, Muneharu, representing EMOD, engaged in a unique resolution strategy against the Manji 7. Having already fought Hiruma Yuushi to a standstill [1], Muneharu did not participate in one-on-one matches. Instead, the drawn battle was settled through a high-stakes Rock-Paper-Scissors match. Maekawa and Hiruma initially came to a draw, but on the second match Maekawa was the one to lose, making it a win for the Manji Empire.
