Achira was the one who issued the command to Tatsuya and his comrades, compelling them to engage in the destructive act of vandalizing bikes throughout the town while donning TFOA distinctive skull jackets.
In a bid to secure victory, Achira deployed Tabuchi to confront and defeat Tesshou. However, this plan proved unsuccessful, leading Achira to perceive Tabuchi as ineffectual and dispensable.
